Doulas do not give medical advice or perform any clinical tasks, however they offer continuity of care through practical and emotional support during one of the most significant times of your life.  It can also be a scary, confusing and overwhelming time of your life and as your doula I will support you and your partner in exploring all the options available to you and will advocate for your birth plan, whether it is at home or in hospital so that you feel empowered and confident in your choices regarding your pregnancy and birth.
